Rite Aid
There's not much going on at Rite Aid this week except a great deal on Almay:

Earn $5 SCR wyb 2 Almay color products
Use 2 $1 cpn (it is also rumored there will be more Almay coupons in Sunday's paper).
If I remember correctly, mascara was about $7.99. If you get 2 BOGO, minus $5 rebate and 2 $1 off coupons, that's 2 mascaras for $0.99!!
There are also a lot of clearance items in the cosmetics department. Most of them can be combined with coupons so bring them along when you go!
